A Proposal of Application Notice has recently been submitted to City of Edinburgh Council for the demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site for mixed-use development comprising residential, hotel and office use with ancillary commercial spaces, associated open space, car parking, landscaping, and ancillary works at Argyle House,  3 Lady Lawson St, Edinburgh, EH3 9DS.

The first of two public consultation events will take place on the 2nd December 2025 from 2-7pm at The Lookout, Edinburgh Futures Institute, 1 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, EH3 9EF.

More information will be shared on the website in due course. For those who cannot make the consultation event, the boards are  published here on the website.
